Mapping Resource Group (MRG) successfully completed its first LiDAR mission with the new Trimble Harrier 68i in Starke, Florida. Mounted in the VulcanAir P68C the site was flown with an average point density of more than eight (8) points per square meter to provide one (1) foot contour accuracy data. Digital imagery of the site was obtained utilizing the 60mp digital camera with 60% forward overlap photography for stereo viewing of the LiDAR data and the generation of half (0.5) foot pixel resolution color orthophotography.
